Our staff has undertaken the Real Estate Institute of Canada’s CRP (Certified Reserve Planner) program, which is the only nationally accepted training course for depreciation report providers. Memberships include the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), CHOA (Condominium Homeowners Association of BC), PAMA (Property Agents and Managers Association), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Strata Property Agents of BC (SPABC) and others.
